We craft everything from scratch, especially for you. Hence, all orders take a minimum of 15-20 business days for small orders and 30 days for large orders (excluding weekends and holidays) to be crafted and delivered after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Apostrophe S is not responsible for any delays on packages once your order leaves our warehouse. It is the buyers’ responsibility to provide ample manufacturing and shipping time.

RATES AND ESTIMATES
For local deliveries: Sydney Metro deliveries incur in a $20 flat rate.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use a variety of couriers including but not limited to Go Logistics and Toll.
Express shipping is available for an extra fee calculated at checkout. Orders purchased with express shipping have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Factory 6 /6A Prosperity Pde, Warriewood, NSW, 2102 Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 weeks minimum (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-factory pickup hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday except for weekends and Holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when collecting your designs.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2-15 days (depending on your chosen shipping type) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
