With attention to detail being one of our core values, we carefully package every item in your order making sure the highest quality standards are met. Furthermore, we will always seek your approval before any products are crafted. Due to our strict no returns policy, we offer no change of mind returns or exchanges.
Should your order were to arrive damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at email@example.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things change and that planning an event is stressful AS. Should you want to make any changes to your order please contact us immediately to better assist you. Some orders begin production right away and changes may incur in a full price change fee.
Cancellations are only accepted within 7 days of placing your order. After this time, any cancellation will incur in a 25% restocking fee. Please note that we generally address this matter on a case-by-case basis in order to provide you a satisfactory solution.
